"Client," "you," or "your" refers to the person or entity receiving lawn care services.
"Services" refers to lawn mowing, weed control, fertilization, and any additional services provided by Jeff’s Lawn Service LLC.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

3. Services Provided

Jeff’s Lawn Service LLC offers the following:

Mowing for large lots, commercial properties, and vacant land
Weed control and fertilization
Seasonal maintenance and property care

Specific service details will be outlined in a written agreement or service estimate provided before work begins.

4. Scheduling and Service Areas

Service is scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.
We guarantee service within a three-day window with the exception of prolonged inclement weather.
We reserve the right to reschedule or delay service due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, equipment failure, or safety concerns.
Clients must ensure access to the property on the scheduled service day (e.g., unlocked gates, no obstructions).
Residential customers must pick up animal droppings prior to service.

5. Pricing and Payments

All pricing is provided via estimates before service begins.
Payment is due upon service completion unless a recurring contract states otherwise.
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, checks, and online payments.
Late payments may be subject to late fees or service suspension.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for service cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.
The company reserves the right to terminate service agreements due to repeated cancellations, non-payment, or safety concerns.

7. Liability and Property Damage

Jeff’s Lawn Service LLC takes all reasonable precautions to prevent damage to property. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues beyond our control.
Clients must notify us in advance of any delicate landscaping, underground utilities, or irrigation systems to prevent accidental damage.
If damage occurs due to negligence on our part, we will assess the situation and determine a fair resolution.

8. Safety and Compliance

Our team operates within local laws and safety regulations.
Clients are responsible for keeping their property clear of obstacles such as toys, furniture, and pet waste before service.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe for our team.

9. Termination of Services

Jeff’s Lawn Service LLC may terminate services for the following reasons:

Non-payment of invoices
Unsafe working conditions
Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward our team
Repeated scheduling conflicts

10. No Warranty

While we strive for high-quality service, we do not guarantee specific results due to variables such as soil quality, weather conditions, and client lawn care habits.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes should first be addressed with our customer service team.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through arbitration in Kansas.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
